Hannah is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in women’s empowerment, educational leadership, and community development. Hannah is passionate about driving social change and building inclusive solutions that enhance opportunities for women in rural communities. She has a deep commitment to collaborative leadership and has honed her skills in philanthropy, governance, and capacity building through professional and volunteer roles in several mission-driven organizations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she actively mentors emerging leaders and advocates for systemic changes to address gender inequities in women’s leadership and rural development. Hannah joined LMI in 2014 as one of the founding Board Members and stepped into Executive Leadership with the organization in 2019.
