Joseph is one of the founding members of Leadership Mission International, and currently lives in Honduras with his wife and three children. After working as an engineer for five years, he became passionate about education and leadership development as a form of addressing issues of poverty and injustice around the world. After completing a one-year volunteer experience in Honduras in 2011, Joseph and his wife decided to take on the challenge of helping The Leadership Center become a premier academic institution in Honduras. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Joseph has a master’s degree in international community development and expects to graduate with his Ph.D. in leadership in 2018.
