Margaret Stromecki is a Senior Principal at MITRE, a not-for-profit corporation that supports the US government. Margaret came to MITRE after a 20-year career in the federal government in the national security arena. Dedicated to ethical leadership and execution on strategic goals, Margaret brings her priorities to her volunteer and professional activities.
Passionate about building strong communities and strong individuals, Margaret also serves on the Board of the Cornell Club of Washington as the Vice President for Community Service. She is an avid singer and has performed with the Choral Arts Society of Washington and a number of church choirs.
Margaret holds a BA in Government from Cornell University and an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University. She is the proud mother of three children and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband.
