Christine is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in C-Suite and leadership roles in Human Resources, including three times as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO / CPO). She is CEO and Owner of The Dellecave Consulting Group LLC, a business consulting firm focused on partnering with organizations on human capital solutions.  She works with companies of all sizes and types, most often mission-driven, service-oriented organizations, providing a wide-range of strategic support and pragmatic solutions. 

Her passion extends to work she does with girls, women and underprivileged groups to help drive equity and belonging.
Christine holds a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY at Binghamton and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.  She lives in Northern Virginia where she resides with her husband, two teenage children and fun-loving rescue pup.
