Leadership Mission International is a growing organization that relies on many generous volunteers to carry out our mission.

Join us in Honduras!

We have partnerships with several schools, churches, businesses, and religious organizations throughout the United States who regularly send teams to LMI’s Honduras Leadership Center campus to serve, volunteer, learn from our students and staff, and partner with us in a variety of ways. We liked to think of these as mutually transformative learning opportunities. Team members serve in a variety of ways including construction or building projects, farming and agriculture, or teaching seminars and tutoring. We practice hospitality and welcome volunteers on campus from any background, race, gender, religion, or faith.  The videos below are messages from some of the leaders of these organizations regarding their experience at The Leadership Center.

I originally came to the Leadership Center to give of my time, experience and encouragement. As a wiser person, I found that the graduates, students and staff bring me more encouragement and hope than I could ever imagine.

Volunteer Application Form

If you are part of a school, church, religious organization, business, or group that is interested in serving at The Leadership Center, please inquire using the above form. We will respond to your questions within 48 hours.

We also accept individuals, couples, and families for long-term volunteer roles in a variety of support or staff capacities. We frequently host World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) volunteers to help on our farm as well. If you have an interest in volunteering for three months or longer, please fill out the volunteer application above.
