Lisa is a native of Pennsylvania who has enjoyed living in a variety places over the course of her career. Upon graduating from Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in English she was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army and served tours in California and Italy. She subsequently worked for several decades in the Federal Government and in private companies in the US and abroad with a focus on Program Management, Business Development and Strategic Planning. She has held a wide variety of managerial and leadership roles over 30+ years while balancing family life, career, and community service. Lisa and her husband of 32 years have two grown children who currently teach young adults in non-traditional settings across the United States. She is passionate about advancing global social and environmental awareness and will always choose being outdoors over being inside. Lisa is thrilled to support the LMI mission and excited to share the experience she has gained over the course of her career with the remarkable young women of TLC.
